FLAME is a missions team and discipleship program that allows individuals of all ages to work together in encouraging each other in their walks with God. Fully involved parents and adults are crucial to the generation-merging dynamic that is the strength of FLAME. Youth, ages 10 and older, and families with kids of all ages, develop tools that allow them to minister effectively through creative arts, including choreography, drama, puppetry, prayer ministry, testimonies and service projects. Service projects include construction of all types, medical clinics, and vision screening.

The team meets once a month on a Saturday from October to June and culminates with a one to two week summer outreach. So far we have been to China, the Philippines, Haiti, Costa Rica, Moldova, Montana, Canada, Washington DC, and Taholah, Washington, as well as to the state capitols in Olympia and Salem.

FLAME team leaders and members come from at least 10 different churches. We use the training and principles of King's Kids International, a branch of Youth With a Mission (YWAM).
